Beads, Breath & Sound Workshop - Saturday, Dec. 9th, 10am-1pm

Description: Join us for an immersive and hands-on workshop where you will embark on a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, and creative exploration. This unique experience combines the powerful practice of breathwork, a beaded earring workshop, and a relaxing sound bath to deepen your connection to your inner self and creativity.

Creative Project: Rene Connolly, of Touch of Whimsy will teach you how to make your very own beaded earrings using the brick stitch technique. A variety of colors will be offered and take home kits and instruction manuals will be provided if you don't complete your work.

 
Breathwork & Sound Bath: Following the earring workshop, Sage King will take you on a gentle journey using the power of your breath, unlocking your potential, connecting to your true essence, and releasing what no longer serves you. We'll transition directly into a deeply soothing and immersive sound bath experience led by Claire Ryan. Settle into your mat as you are enveloped by the gentle, therapeutic sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, giving your body time to fully integrate the breathwork experience. 

 
The workshop is suitable for adults of all experience levels, whether you are new to these practices or already familiar with them.
