Introduction and Preparation: You will be welcomed into a safe and comfortable space where Sage will provide an overview of the session and what to expect.
Intention Setting or guided meditation: You may be invited to set personal intentions for the session. This helps create a focused mindset and directs your breathwork experience towards specific goals or desired outcomes.
Guided Breathwork Techniques: Sage will guide you through various breathing techniques that may include deep diaphragmatic breaths, rhythmic patterns, or specific breath holds. She will provide clear instructions on how to breathe and may use verbal cues throughout the session. Music will be integrated into the session and can really enhance the experience.
Emotional Release and Processing: As you continue with the breathwork practice, emotions or sensations may arise. Sage will create a supportive space for any emotional release and guide you through the process with compassion and understanding. You will have full agency, meaning you can adjust your breath pattern depending on what’s coming up for you and Sage will provide cues to check-in with yourself. There is no right or wrong way of experiencing the session.
